| 以硝酸镍和氯化锰为主要原料,采用水热法在碳纤维(carbon fiber, CF) 上生长镍锰双金属氧化物(Ni-MnO4),探究不同Ni、Mn物质的量比例对Ni-MnO4/CF形貌、结构及电化学性能的影响。分别采用 X 射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometer, XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope, SEM)、电化学工作站对复合材料的结构、形貌、电化学性能进行研究。结果表明:通过调节Ni、Mn物质的量比例,可以很好地调节Ni-MnO4/CF的形貌,改变其电化学性能。随着Ni元素的增加,Ni-MnO4/CF的形貌由堆积的花苞状逐渐转变为薄片状。当n(Ni)∶n(Mn)=2∶1时,Ni-MnO4/CF具有相对良好的电化学性能,电流密度从 1 A/g 增加到 5 A/g 时,Ni-MnO4/CF的比电容从1 669 F/g 降低到1 015 F/g,比电容保持率为60.8%。 |

| Using nickel nitrate and manganese chloride as the main raw materials, nickel-manganese bimetallic oxide (Ni-MnO4) was grown on carbon fiber (CF) via the hydrothermal method. The effects of different molar ratios of Ni and Mn on the morphology, structure, and electrochemical properties of Ni-MnO4/CF were investigated. The structure, morphology, and electrochemical properties of the composite materials were characterized using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and an electrochemical workstation. The results indicate that adjusting the molar ratio of Ni and Mn, the morphology of the composite material can be well regulated and its electrochemical properties can be changed. With the increase of Ni element, the morphology of Ni-MnO4/CF gradually transforms from the stacked bud-like to thin sheet-like. When n(Ni)∶n(Mn)=2∶1, Ni-MnO4/CF exhibits relatively favorable electrochemical properties. When the current density increased from 1 A/g to 5 A/g, the specific capacitance of Ni-MnO4/CF decreased from 1 669 F/g to 1 015 F/g, and the specific capacitance retention rate is 60.8%. |
