为实现C19210铜合金连续挤压的数值模拟和合理地制定其成型工艺参数,试验采用Zwick/Roell Z100电子万能试验机对固溶和热轧两种状态的C19210铜合金进行了高温拉伸测试.结果表明,在试验范围内,C19210铜合金高温拉伸时都发生明显的动态再结晶;利用Arrhenius方程求得各自的热变形激活能,并建立了本构方程. |

In order to achieve the numerical simulation of continuous extrusion of C19210 copper alloy and formulate the molding process parameters,we adopt an electric universal testing machine of Zwick/Roell Z100 and conduct a high temperature tensile test of C19210 copper alloy in solid solution state and hot rolling state.The test result shows that the C19210 copper alloy experiences obviously dynamic recrystallization in the test.We obtain the thermal deformation activation energy in two raw materials with Arrhenius Equation and establish the constitutive equation. |
