焦炭在高炉中的主要作用有热源、供碳、还原以及支撑骨架。焦炭质量的优劣,制约着焦炭的炉料骨架作用,影响高炉顺行的操作。X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometer,XRD)是研究焦炭晶体结构的一种重要方法,但由于焦炭成分复杂,结构不均一,其微晶结构的准确表征一直是个难题。通过粉碎机对焦炭样品进行粉碎,对不同粒径的样品进行XRD测试。发现样品粒径对测试结果的稳定性有很大的影响,较大的粒径由于粒径分布广及焦炭结构不均匀,会引起较大的测试误差;当粒径粉碎至2.50 μm以下时,测试误差较小,更稳定可靠。 |

The main functions of coke in blast furnace are heat source, carbon supply, reduction and supporting framework. The quality of coke restricts the burden skeleton function of coke and influences the operation of blast furnace. X-ray diffractometer (XRD) is an important method to study the microcrystalline structure of coke. However, due to the complex composition and heterogeneous structure of coke, it has always been a problem to accurately characterize its microcrystalline structure. The coke sample was crushed by grinder, and the samples with different particle sizes were tested by XRD. It is found that the sample size shows great influence on the stability of test results. Larger particle size leads to a larger error of test results because of the wide distribution of particle size and the uneven structure of coke. When the particle size is less than 2.50 μm, the XRD test results show the small error and are stable and reliable. |
