      对经过不同道次等通道挤压(equal channel angular pressing, ECAP)和时效处理的1RK91不锈钢试样进行了金相观察、X 射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometer, XRD)物相检测、拉伸测试和硬度检测。结果发现,1RK91不锈钢在ECAP过程中发生了应变诱发马氏体转变,这与位错的扩散和迁移密切相关。经过5道次ECAP处理后,试样的屈服强度从初始的373 MPa提高到478 MPa,位错密度从4.10×1010 cm–2 增加到7.98×1010 cm–2。在经500 ℃下时效处理2 h后,试样的峰值维氏硬度提高到395。450 ℃时效30 min随后500 ℃时效90 min处理后,试样表现出更高的峰值维氏硬度,为429。经5道次ECAP处理后试样的自腐蚀电势达到最大,为–0.324 V,自腐蚀电流密度为0.445×10-6 A/cm2,耐腐蚀性提高。
英文摘要:
      Metallographic observation, X-ray diffractometer (XRD) phase analysis, tensile test and hardness measurement were carried out on 1RK91 stainless steel specimens subjected to different passes of equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) and aging treatment. The results showed that strain-induced martensitic transformation occurred in 1RK91 stainless steel during ECAP, which was closely related to the diffusion and migration of dislocations. After 5 passes of ECAP treatment, the yield strength of the specimens increased from the initial 373 MPa to 478 MPa, and the dislocation density increased from 4.10×1010 cm–2 to 7.98×1010 cm–2. After aging treatment at 500 ℃ for 2 h, the peak Vickers hardness of the specimens increased to 395. When aged at 450 ℃ for 30 min followed by aging at 500 ℃ for 90 min, the specimens exhibited a higher peak Vickers hardness of 429. The specimens treated with 5 passes of ECAP achieved the maximum self-corrosion potential of –0.324 V and a self-corrosion current density of 0.445×10–6 A/cm2, indicating improved corrosion resistance.
