| 开发一种新型亚稳态β型钛合金Ti-10Mo-6Zr-4Sn-3Nb,可用作正畸支架与导管引导线等。研究了固溶温度(790~830 ℃)对Ti-10Mo-6Zr-4Sn-3Nb合金的力学性能及微观组织结构的影响。结果表明:固溶后,合金的晶粒尺寸相较于固溶前的有所增大;微量的α''马氏体相存在于合金中,对合金的力学性能影响很小;固溶强化效应和大角度晶界的存在有效阻碍了位错的移动,从而提高了合金的强度;经过820 ℃固溶后,合金展现出最佳的力学性能,其屈服强度为1 020 MPa,伸长率为19.7%。 |

| A novel type of metastable β-Ti alloy, Ti-10Mo-6Zr-4Sn-3Nb, has been developed, which could be used as orthodontic brackets and guide wires. The effects of solution temperature (790-830 °C) on mechanical properties and microstructural organization of the alloy were investigated. The results show that after solid-solution, the grain size of the alloy increases compared to that of the one before solid-solution. A trace amount of α'' martensite phase exits in the alloy, which has little effect on the mechanical properties. The solid-solution strengthening effect and the presence of large angle grain boundaries effectively hinder the movement of dislocations, thereby improving the strength of the alloy. After solid-solution at 820 °C, the alloy exhibits the optimal mechanical properties, the yield strength is up to 1020 MPa, and the elongation after fracture is 19.7%. |
