      旨在解决高温柠檬酸溶液中苯并三氮唑(benzotriazole,BTA)在纯铜表面自组装膜效果较差的问题,使用电感耦合等离子体光谱技术评定BTA、甲基苯并三氮唑(tolyltriazole,TTA)和乙醇胺(ethanolamine,EA)的复配体系,在60 ℃水浴条件下在质量分数为4%的柠檬酸溶液中的缓蚀率。根据正交试验结果,确定BTA、TTA和EA三元复配体系的最佳质量分数分别为0.150 0%、0.075 0%和0.005 0%,该配比下缓蚀率达98.2%。使用电化学工作站、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、能量色散X射线光谱仪、界面张力仪对自组装膜的耐蚀性能、显微结构和表面成分、疏水性进行表征。结果表明,相比质量分数0.150 0%的BTA单组分体系,三元复配体系存在明显的协同作用,改变了自组装膜层的结构,提高了耐蚀性能。

      Aiming to solve the problem of poor performance of benzotriazole (BTA) self-assembled films on the pure copper surface in high-temperature citric acid solutions, the corrosion inhibition rate of the compounding system containing BTA, tolyltriazole (TTA), and ethanolamine (EA) in a 4% citric acid solution under a water bath at 60 °C was evaluated using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry. According to the orthogonal test results, the optimal mass fractions of BTA, TTA, and EA in the ternary system were determined to be 0.150 0%, 0.075 0%, and 0.005 0%, respectively, achieving a corrosion inhibition rate of 98.2%. The corrosion resistance, microstructure and surface composition, and hydrophobic properties of the self-assembled films were characterized using electrochemical workstation, scanning electron microscope, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer, and interfacial tensiometer. The results indicate that, compared with the single component system of BTA with a mass fraction of 0.150 0%, the ternary compound group demonstrated a better synergistic effect, which altered the structure of the self-assembled film and improved its corrosion resistance.
