| 在空气中,通过控制热氧化温度和时间对Ti6Al4V钛合金表面进行改性。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计和摩擦磨损试验机对热氧化后的Ti6Al4V钛合金的微观形貌、物相、维氏硬度和干摩擦学行为进行研究。结果表明,热氧化对Ti6Al4V钛合金的微观组织和摩擦学行为有显著影响,650 ℃热氧化10 h时,其表面最为致密,维氏硬度最高。此时样品的磨痕深度减小,磨痕形貌得到优化,磨损率减小。与未经热氧化的Ti6Al4V钛合金相比,磨痕深度和磨损率均减小。综合分析可知,较佳热氧化温度和时间为650 ℃和10 h。 |

| In an air environment, surface modification of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy was performed by controlling thermal oxidation temperature and time. The microstructure, phase composition, Vickers hardness, and dry tribological behavior of the thermally oxidized Ti6Al4V alloy were characterized using X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope, microhardness tester, and friction and wear testing machine. Results show that thermal oxidation significantly affects the microstructure and tribological properties of Ti6Al4V titanium alloy. When oxidized at 650 °C for 10 h, the sample exhibited the densest surface and highest Vickers hardness. Under this condition, the wear track depth was reduced, the wear scar morphology was optimized, and the wear rate decreased significantly. Compared with the non-thermally oxidized Ti6Al4V titanium alloy, both the wear track depth and wear rate decreased. Comprehensive analysis indicates that the optimal thermal oxidation parameters are 650 °C and 10 h. |
