| 表面增强拉曼散射(surface enhanced Raman scattering,SERS)由于其优异的光稳定性、非侵入性检测能力和定量分析能力,在生物学和医学领域引起了极大的关注。采用液相合成法制备具有尖刺状的金纳米星(Au nanostars, Au NSs),结合片状MoO2制备了一种新型纳米酶生物SERS传感器,用于心肌肌钙蛋白I(cardiac troponin I, cTn I)的检测。利用纳米酶的催化产物氧化型四甲基联苯胺作为拉曼信号分子对cTn I进行高灵敏检测。基于MoO2@Au NSs的SERS传感器,对cTn I的检测具有良好的线性范围(0~5 ng/mL)和较低的检出限(0.0025 ng/mL)。所设计的SERS传感器具有良好的灵敏度、稳定性和重复性,为实现cTn I的即时检测提供了新途径。 |

| Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) has attracted great attention in the fields of biology and medicine due to its excellent photostability, non-invasive detection capability and quantitative analysis. Gold nanostars (Au NSs) with spike-like shape was prepared by liquid-phase synthesis method, anda novel nano-enzymatic SERS biosensor was prepared by combining it with flaky MoO2 for the detection of cardiac troponin I (cTn I). The catalytic product of nanoenzymes, oxidized tetramethylbenzidine, was used as a Raman signaling molecule for the highly sensitive detection of cTn I. The SERS sensor based on MoO2@Au NSs showed a good linear range (0-5 ng/mL) and a low detection limit (0.0025 ng/mL) for the detection of cTnI. The designed SERS sensor has good sensitivity, stability and reproducibility, providing a new way to achieve the point-of-care testing of cTn I. |
