      对冷变形后的Co36Fe36Cr18Ni8Ti2合金在700 ℃和800 ℃下再结晶退火,制备成具有高强度及良好耐蚀性的多主元合金。采用电子背散射衍射(electron back-scattered diffraction, EBSD)表征了合金的相分布、再结晶组织以及晶界分布等微观结构特征,采用静态拉伸试验测试了合金的力学性能。结果表明,700 ℃退火的合金断后伸长率较低,但其抗拉强度与屈服强度分别达到了1 038和956 MPa。采用电化学工作站与扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope, SEM)表征了合金在模拟体液中的耐蚀性。结果表明,700 ℃退火的样品具有较好的耐蚀性,腐蚀后的样品表面较为均匀。结合力学性能可知,700 ℃退火的样品具有作为新型医用金属材料的潜力。
英文摘要:
      A multi-principal elements alloy with high strength and good corrosion resistance was prepared by recrystallization annealing of cold deformed Co36Fe36Cr18Ni8Ti2 at 700 °C and 800 °C. The microstructural characteristics of the alloy, such as phase distribution, recrystallization structure and grain boundary distribution, were characterized by electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD), and the mechanical properties of the alloy were measured by static tensile test. The results showed that although the elongation of the 700 °C annealed alloy is low, its tensile strength and yield strength reach 1037.8 MPa and 956.1 MPa, respectively. The corrosion resistance of the alloy in the simulated body fluid was characterized by electrochemical workstation and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the 700 °C annealed sample has good corrosion resistance, and the surface of the sample after corrosion is uniform. Combined with the mechanical properties, it is suggested that the 700 °C annealed sample has potential as a new medical metal material.
