| 采用光原位还原法制备了一系列Ag沉积的氯氧化铋(Ag/Bi12O17Cl2)二元复合半导体材料,并对其进行表征。X射线光电子能谱分析证实了样品中存在Ag单质,由于Ag颗粒的局部表面等离子体共振效应使紫外可见漫反射光谱图中可见光吸收能力明显增强,扫描电子显微镜图表明制备的材料具有纳米片堆积形成的三维立体形貌。与纯Bi12O17Cl2样品相比,复合材料可见光照射下对甲苯醇的光催化选择性氧化性能明显增强,这主要与复合材料中形成了金属−半导体异质结以及Ag的等离子体共振效应相关。 |

| A series of Ag-deposited bismuth oxychloride composites (Ag/Bi12O17Cl2) were prepared by an photo-reduction method and characterized by analytical techniques. The presence of Ag in the composites was confirmed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The obviously enhanced visible light absorption in ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectra was also due to the local surface plasmon resonance effect of Ag particles. The surface scanning electron microscopy images indicated that the prepared materials had three-dimensional morphology formed by the accumulation of nano-sheets. Comparing with pure Bi12O17Cl2 samples, the composites showed enhanced photocatalytic selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol under visible light irradiation, which were mainly attributing to the formation of metal-semiconductor heterostructures in composites and the plasma resonance effect of Ag. |
