| 电子束熔炼对Ta-W合金条的杂质含量、致密度、外形等有着较为严格的要求。研究了烧结温度、原料O/C质量比等对Ta-W合金条品质的影响。结果表明:随着烧结温度的升高,烧结提纯效果明显;2 300℃保温15 h可以获得符合要求的Ta-W合金条;原料中的O/C质量比大于10可使烧结后的Ta-W合金条中C的质量分数低于0.01%。 |

| Electron beam melting has strict requirements on alloy strip for the impurity content, density, shape and so on. The effects of sintering temperature and O/C mass ratio of raw materials on the quality of alloy bar were studied. The results show that the effect of sintering purification becomes obvious with the increase of sintering temperature. The Ta-W alloy strip meeting the requirements can be obtained by holding at 2 300℃ for 15 hours. The content of C in the alloy strip after sintering is lower than 0.01% when the O/C mass ratio in the raw material is greater than 10. |
