| 聚二甲基硅氧烷(polydimethylsiloxane,PDMS)凭借其卓越的弹性、化学稳定性、良好的生物相容性以及出色的加工性能,被广泛选作柔性压力传感器的基底和封装材料。本文系统综述了基于PDMS的柔性压力传感器的研究进展。首先,对柔性压力传感器进行了分类并总结了其各自的工作原理。接着,深入探讨了导电填料和微结构设计对传感器性能的提升。然后,详细阐述了该类传感器在健康监测、人机交互和电子皮肤等领域的应用研究进展。最后,总结了当前存在的不足之处,并探讨了该领域未来面临的挑战与机遇。 |

| Owing to its excellent elasticity, chemical stability, good biocompatibility and outstanding processability, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) is widely chosen as the substrate and packaging material for flexible pressure sensors. This paper systematically reviews the research progress of PDMS based flexible pressure sensors. Firstly, the flexible pressure sensors were classified and their respective working principles were summarized. Subsequently, the improvement of sensor performance by conductive fillers and microstructure design is discussed. Then, the research progress of such sensors in application fields including health monitoring, human-computer interaction and electronic skin is elaborated in detail. Finally, the current shortcomings are summarized, and the challenges and opportunities that this field will face in the future are discussed. |
