| 随着对铝合金铸轧带材板面质量、微观组织与力学性能要求的进一步提高,以及低碳铝的发展需求,水基石墨润滑剂在铝铸轧机轧辊表面脱辊技术上的应用日渐重要。简述了水基石墨润滑剂的脱辊原理,并通过试验研究了水基石墨润滑对铸轧辊表面温度、铝板带表面质量、晶粒组织、中心偏析的影响。结果表明:水基石墨润滑可以加速铸轧辊表面的散热与板带冷却,进而提高铸轧速度;可以促进铝板带冷区形成,抑制晶粒长大,提升产品力学性能;同时可以降低碳排放量,具备更加绿色环保特性。 |

| With the further improvement of the requirements for the surface quality, microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum alloy cast-rolled strips, coupled with the development needs of low-carbon aluminum, the application of water-based graphite lubricants in the roll release technology of aluminum cast-rolling mills has become increasingly significant. The principle of roll release using water-based graphite lubrication was briefly outlined, and the effects of water-based graphite lubricants on the temperature of casting roll surfaces, the surface quality of aluminum sheets and strips, grain structure, and central segregation were investigated through experimental studies. The results indicate that water-based graphite lubrication can accelerate heat dissipation from the casting roll surface and cooling of the sheet and strip, thereby enhancing the speed of cast-rolling. It promotes the formation of a cold zone in the aluminum sheet and strip, inhibits grain growth, and improves the mechanical properties of the product. Additionally, it reduces carbon emissions, exhibiting greater environmental friendliness. |
