| TZM合金因具有熔点高、热稳定性好、耐腐蚀性强和高温力学性能优异等特点,是工业生产中重要的钼合金之一。随着科技的发展,核反应堆已由第三代发展到第四代。面对日益严苛的服役环境,作为核反应堆备选材料之一的TZM合金,其性能逐渐难以满足工业需求,改善其性能迫在眉睫。从TZM合金的发展历程出发,基于强化机制,综述了其显微组织特征和力学性能特点,包括轧制变形组织和退火态组织的结构演变,以及室温和高温条件下的拉伸性能表现。对比了TZM合金和其他钼合金的优缺点,总结了TZM合金的制备工艺与强化机制,揭示了其显微组织和宏观性能的变化规律,并展望了TZM合金的未来研究方向与发展前景。 |

| TZM alloy is one of the important molybdenum alloys in industrial production due to its high melting point, good thermal stability, strong corrosion resistance and excellent high temperature mechanical properties. With the development of science and technology, nuclear reactors have developed from the third generation to the fourth generation. Facing increasingly demanding service conditions, the performance of TZM alloy, as a candidate material for nuclear reactors, is gradually falling short of industrial requirements, making its improvement imperative. Starting from the development history of TZM alloy and based on the strengthening mechanism, its microstructure characteristics and mechanical properties, including the structural evolution of rolled microstructure and annealed microstructure, as well as tensile properties at room and high temperatures. The advantages and disadvantages of TZM alloy compared with other molybdenum alloys were analyzed, and its preparation processes and strengthening mechanisms were summarized. The variation patterns of microstructure and macroscopic properties were revealed. The future research direction and development prospect of TZM alloy were outlined. |
