      为了提升煤气切断蝶阀的耐腐蚀性,借助Ansys软件针对3种不同阀芯结构的切断蝶阀进行模拟研究,分析蝶阀工作时表面与中截面的压力分布,以及阀板表面所受冲击速率,基于分析结果,确定合理的阀芯结构,从而有效降低蝶阀的失效率;通过对蝶阀腐蚀机制的分析,采用镍合金焊条进行堆焊试验,系统分析并对比了不同试验条件下稀释率(P)对材料维氏硬度、耐腐蚀性的影响,计算了不同P下蝶阀的使用寿命,得出了合理的堆焊工艺参数。研究表明,采用优化后的结构和P=26%的堆焊工艺使蝶阀的耐腐蚀性得到了提高,蝶阀的使用寿命得以延长。
英文摘要:
      To improve the corrosion resistance of the gas cut-off butterfly valve, Ansys software was used to simulate and study cut-off butterfly valves with three different valve core structures. The pressure distribution on the surface and middle section of the butterfly valve during working was analyzed, as well as the impact speed on the valve plate surface. According to the analysis results, a reasonable valve core structure was determined, thereby the failure rate of butterfly valve was effectively reduced. By analyzing the corrosion mechanism of butterfly valve, surfacing welding test was conducted by using nickel alloy welding rods. The influence of dilution rate (P) on the Vickers hardness and corrosion resistance of the materials under different experimental conditions was systematically analyzed and compared. The service life of butterfly valve under different P was calculated, and reasonable surfacing welding process parameters were obtained. The research shows that the corrosion resistance of the butterfly valve is enhanced by using the optimized structure and the surfacing welding process of P=26%, with the service life of butterfly valve extended.
