实验采用的材料为热轧态Cu-11.7%Mn-1.3%Ni合金,热压缩变形量为60%,应变速率分别为1.000、0.100、0.010、0.001 s?1,变形温度为300、500、570、640、700 ℃。探究变形温度以及应变速率对Cu-11.7%Mn-1.3%Ni合金流变行为及维氏硬度的影响。结果表明:变形温度在500和570 ℃下其晶粒出现明显的压缩变形,且大部分晶粒较为破碎,可以看出组织发生了明显的变形;随着温度升高至640和700 ℃,其晶粒逐渐长大,大小均匀,出现了大量的退火孪晶;随着温度的升高,Cu-11.7%Mn-1.3%Ni合金的维氏硬度降低;随着应变速率的增大,Cu-11.7%Mn-1.3%Ni合金的维氏硬度增高;应变速率为1.000 s?1时,Cu-11.7%Mn-1.3%Ni合金的维氏硬度最高。 |

The material used in the experiment is hot rolled Cu-11.7%Mn-1.3%Ni alloy, the hot compression deformation is 60%, the strain rates are 1.000, 0.100, 0.010, 0.001 s?1, and the deformation temperatures are 300, 500, 570, 640, 700 ℃. The effects of deformation temperature and strain rate on the rheological behavior and Vickers hardness of Cu-11.7%Mn-1.3%Ni alloy were investigated. The results indicated that the grains exhibts noticeable compression deformation at deformation temperature of 500 and 570 ℃, and most of the grains are broken, which shows that the microstructure was obviously deformed. As the emperature rises to 640 and 700 ℃, the grains grow up gradually, the grain size is uniform, and a large number of annealing twins appear. The Vickers hardness of the Cu-11.7%Mn-1.3%Ni alloy decreases with the increase of temperature, while it increases with the increase of strain rates. When the strain rate is 1.000 s?1, the Vickers hardness of Cu-11.7%Mn-1.3%Ni alloy is the highest. |
