      采用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、洛氏硬度试验机、电子万能材料试验机等设备,研究了450 ℃回火对贝氏体型非调质钢连铸圆坯不同位置微观组织和力学性能的影响。该贝氏体型非调质钢连铸圆坯直径为230 mm。沿半径方向从心部到边缘等距切取试样。微观组织观察结果表明,随着取样位置越靠近贝氏体型非调质钢连铸圆坯边缘,其奥氏体晶粒尺寸、马奥岛(马氏体/奥氏体岛)尺寸越小,马奥岛数量越多,板条贝氏体体积分数越大,板条长度和宽度越小,粒状贝氏体体积分数越小。力学性能测试结果表明:随着取样位置越靠近贝氏体型非调质钢连铸圆坯边缘,其洛氏硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率均越大;边缘力学性能最优。
英文摘要:
      Using equipment such as metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer, Rockwell hardness tester, and electronic universal material testing machine, the effects of 450 °C tempering on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a bainitic type non-quenched and tempered steel continuous casting round billet at different positions were studied. The diameter of the bainitic non-quenched and tempered steel continuous casting round billet was 230 mm, and the samples were cut along the radius from the center to the edge at equal distances. The results of microstructure observation show that as the sampling position is closer to the edge of the bainitic type non-quenched and tempered steel continuous casting round billet, the size of austenite grains and the size of martensite islands (martensite/austenite islands) are smaller, the number of martensite islands is greater, the volume fraction of lath bainite is larger, the length and width of the lath are smaller, and the volume fraction of granular bainite is smaller. The test results of mechanical properties show that as the sampling position is closer to the edge of the bainitic type non-quenched and tempered steel continuous casting, the Rockwell hardness, tensile strength, yield strength and elongation are all larger of the bainitic type non-quenched and tempered steel continuous casting round billet. The mechanical properties at the edge are the best.
