通过金属冲刷腐蚀装置模拟不同海洋环境,研究了含不同Mn质量分数B30铜镍合金的冲刷腐蚀行为。通过失重法表征了合金试样的腐蚀速率,采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱、X射线衍射、电化学测试等手段来研究Mn质量分数对B30铜镍合金腐蚀行为和耐蚀性能的影响。研究结果表明:B30铜镍合金在0~3 m/s流速的海水中腐蚀速率较小,但在高流速下合金易发生点蚀,导致腐蚀速率增大;腐蚀产物主要为Cu2O、Cu2(OH)3Cl;腐蚀速率随着Mn质量分数的增加先减小后增大,Mn质量分数为1.5%的试样生成的腐蚀膜层更致密,且与基体结合牢固,随着Mn质量分数的增加,试样表面生成的腐蚀产物膜层厚度和电阻增大,合金整体的耐海水冲刷腐蚀性能得到提升。 |

The scouring corrosion behavior of B30 copper-nickel alloy with different Mn mass fraction was investigated in different marine environments, which were simulated by metal scouring corrosion devices. In this work, the corrosion rate of these alloys was characterized by the weightlessness, and the effect of Mn mass fraction on the corrosion behavior and corrosion resistance of B30 alloy were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy, energy spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction and electrochemical tests. The results show that the corrosion rate of the B30 copper-nickel alloy is relatively small in seawater with a flow rate of 0-3 m/s, but it is apt to suffer from pitting corrosion at high flow rates, leading to the increased corrosion rates. The corrosion products are mainly consisting of Cu2O and Cu2(OH)3Cl. With the increase of Mn mass fraction, the corrosion rate of the alloy decreases firstly and then increases, the samples containing 1.5% Mn produced the denser corrosion product film, and firmly bonded to the substrate. The thickness and resistivity of corrosion product film increases with the increase of Mn mass fraction, resulting in the overall scouring corrosion performance of the alloys. |
