      以硝酸镍和硝酸钴为主要原料,采用水热法在泡沫镍上生长NiCo层状双氢氧化物(layered double hydroxide,LDH),研究尿素含量对NiCo-LDH形貌及电化学性能的影响。分别采用X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometer,XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、电化学工作站对NiCo-LDH的结构、形貌、电化学性能进行研究。结果表明:随着尿素含量的增加,NiCo-LDH的表面形貌由片状叠加成的厚层状转变为无序的针状,最后演变为片状上有细小的针状。尿素含量的增加不会影响NiCo-LDH的晶格结构、结晶度。当尿素加入量为1.8 g时,NiCo-LDH具有相对优异的电化学性能,内阻为3.42 Ω;电流密度从1 A/g增加到5 A/g时,NiCo-LDH的比电容分别为1 217.6 F/g和891.7 F/g,比电容保持率为73.2%。

      Nickel nitrate and cobalt nitrate were used as the main raw materials, and NiCo layered double hydroxide (LDH) was grown on nickel foam by hydrothermal method to investigate the effect of urea content on the morphology and electrochemical properties of NiCo-LDH. The structure, morphology and electrochemical properties of NiCo-LDH were studied by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and electrochemical workstation, respectively. The results showed that with the increase of urea content, the surface morphology of NiCo-LDH changed from a thick-layered structure formed by sheets to a disordered needle-like structure, and finally evolved into a sheet with fine needle. The lattice structure and crystallinity of NiCo-LDH was not affected with increasing urea content. When the amount of urea is 1.8 g, the NiCo-LDH has excellent electrochemical properties, and the internal resistance of the material is 3.42 Ω. When the current density increases from 1 A/g to 5 A/g, the specific capacitance of the NiCo-LDH is 1217.6 F/g and 891.7 F/g, respectively, and the specific capacitance retention rate is 73.2%.
