通过微弧氧化技术,采用含CaF2与SrF2的磷酸盐电解液制备多种镁基生物活性涂层,对电解液和涂层进行膜层生长研究、微观形貌表征、性能测试。结果表明:相比仅含有主盐Na3PO4·12H2O、KOH的电解液,含Na3PO4·12H2O、KOH、CaF2、SrF2的电解液所制备样品的亲水性、耐腐蚀性更好,且生物元素Ca、Sr、F含量更高;电解质的不同引起样品电导率的变化,最高电导率的电解液有最高的反应电压,其制备的膜层具有最高的孔隙率、粗糙度和最大的膜层厚度;膜层主要相均为Mg和MgO,F在膜层中以未溶解的CaF2、MgF2的形式存在。 |

Through the technology of micro-arc oxidation, a variety of bioactive coatings were prepared using phosphate electrolytes containing CaF2 and SrF2. In this experiment, the film growth, micro-morphological characterization and performance test of the electrolyte and coating were carried out. Compared with the electrolyte containing Na3PO4·12H2O, KOH, CaF2 and SrF2, the samples prepared by the electrolyte containing only the main salt Na3PO4·12H2O and KOH have the best hydrophilic and corrosion resistance, and contain the highest content of biological elements Ca, Sr and F; Different electrolytes cause changes in conductivity. The electrolyte with the highest conductivity has the highest reaction voltage, and the prepared film has the biggest porosity, roughness and thickness of the film; the main phases of the film are Mg and MgO, F exists in the film layer in the form of undissolved CaF2 and MgF2. |
