| 镁合金作为“21世纪的绿色工程材料”,在航空航天、汽车、电子等领域具有广阔的应用前景。在诸多镁合金中,Mg-Zn-Y合金由于其独特的组织结构和优异的力学性能而成为研究热点。综述了近年来Mg-Zn-Y合金的研究现状。介绍了Mg-Zn-Y合金的物相与显微组织,主要对其存在的三种平衡相进行了简介,即准晶I相(Mg3YZn6)、W相(Mg3Y2Zn3)和LPSO-Z相(Mg12YZn);重点综述了主要合金元素(Zn、Y、Zr、Nd、Mn、Ca等)、变形加工处理对其微观组织及强韧化行为的作用规律,并总结了相应的铸态及变形态合金的力学性能。基于已有的研究基础展望了合金的未来发展方向。 |

| Magnesium alloys, which are also known as “Green Engineering Material in 21st Century”, can be applied in aerospace, automobile and electronics fields. Due to the unique microstructures and excellent mechanical properties, Mg-Zn-Y alloys have become a research focus among many Mg alloy series. This paper reviews the latest research status of the Mg-Zn-Y Mg alloys in recent years. First, the phases and microstructures of Mg-Zn-Y alloys have been introduced, mainly including the three equilibrium phases that exist in the Mg-Zn-Y alloys, i.e. quasicrystal I phase (Mg3YZn6), W phase (Mg3Y2Zn3) and LPSO-Z phase (Mg12YZn). Second, the effects of alloy elements (Zn, Y, Zr, Nd, Mn, Ca, etc.) and deformation processing on the microstructures, strengthening and toughening behaviors of Mg-Zn-Y alloys have been reviewed. Moreover, the mechanical properties of as-cast and wrought Mg-Zn-Y alloys have been summarized. The future development of Mg-Zn-Y alloys has been proposed. |
