      采用激光金属沉积技术制备TC4钛合金,采用X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、显微硬度计等分析TC4钛合金成型件的物相结构、组织形貌、缺陷裂纹、维氏硬度,以研究打印过程中的激光功率和扫描速率对TC4钛合金组织及缺陷的影响规律。结果表明:沉积态TC4钛合金以密排六方结构的α相为主,存在少量的体心立方结构的β相,主要含有细针状、片层状组织。随着激光功率的增加,TC4钛合金的缺陷逐渐减少。随着扫描速率的升高,柱状晶的宽度和熔覆层间距逐渐减小。激光功率为550 W、扫描速率为600 mm/min时,TC4钛合金的最大维氏硬度达到409。
英文摘要:
      TC4 titanium alloy samples were prepared by using laser metal deposition technology, the phase composition, microstructures, defects, cracks, and Vickers hardness of the formed parts were analyzed using X-ray diffraction, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, and microhardness tester, and the effects of laser power and scanning rate on the microstructures and defects of TC4 titanium alloy during the printing process were studied. The results indicate that the deposited TC4 titanium alloy is dominated by the α-phase with a small amount of β-phase, and mainly contains fine acicular and lamellar structures. With the increase of laser power, the defects of TC4 titanium alloy gradually decrease. With the increase of scanning rate, the width of columnar crystals and the spacing between the cladding layers gradually decrease. In terms of mechanical properties, the Vickers hardness of TC4 titanium alloy reached 409 under a laser power of 550 W and a scanning rate of 600 mm/min, indicating excellent mechanical properties under the condition.
