      随着交通基础设施的快速发展,小半径曲线桥钢箱梁的应用越来越广泛。在曲线钢箱梁制作与施工过程中,焊接工程量大且质量要求高,线性精度难以控制,对线性控制技术要求高。结合花都至东莞高速公路SG01合同段项目,探究提高小半径曲线桥钢箱梁线形平顺度的对策,并在该项目中得到了成功应用,以期为同类或类似项目的施工与管理提供参考。
英文摘要:
      With the rapid development of traffic infrastructure, the steel box girder of small radius curved bridge is more and more widely used. In the process of fabrication and construction of curved steel box girder, the welding quantity is large and the quality requirements are high, the linear accuracy is difficult to control, and the linear control technology is highly required. Combined with the SG01 contract section project of Huadu-Dongguan Expressway, the countermeasures to improve the linear smoothness of steel box girder of small radius curved bridge was explored, and has been successfully applied in this project, with a view to providing reference for the construction and management of similar or similar projects.
