      针对汽水分离再热器(MSR)用TP439翅片管完全依赖进口的现状,利用国内厂商条件开展了国产化研制工作。目的在于,利用国产及进口原料带材分别试制出TP439翅片管,并与进口产品比较,说明国产翅片管的性能水平。采用激光焊,焊缝成型及组织都得到优化。研究了439合金带材在加工成翅片管过程中的拉伸性能变化,对比了国产及进口带材的化学成分,并比较了利用国产及进口带材试制的翅片管的力学性能。细晶强化是国产带材强度较高的主要原因,而翅片管制造过程中的热处理产生的碳化物的析出导致进口翅片管的屈服强度及抗拉强度较高。国产翅片管的翅片形状与进口产品水平基本相同,但较低的屈服强度体现出国产翅片管的抗应力腐蚀开裂能力更强。
英文摘要:
      In view of the current situation that the TP439 finned tube used in the steam-water separation reheater (MSR) is completely dependent on imports, the localization research and development work has been carried out using the conditions of domestic manufacturers. The purpose of this paper is to use domestic and imported raw material strips to produce TP439 finned tubes separately, and compare them with imported products to illustrate the performance level of domestic finned tubes. By using laser beam weld, the weld formation and structure were optimized. The change of tensile properties of 439 alloy strip during processing into finned tubes was studied, the chemical compositions of domestic and imported strips were compared, and the mechanical properties of finned tubes trial-produced by domestic and imported strips were compared. Grain refinement strengthening is the main reason for the higher strength of domestic strips, and the precipitation of carbides caused by heat treatment in the manufacturing process of finned tubes leads to higher yield and tensile strength of imported finned tubes. The fin shape of the domestic finned tube is basically the same as that of the imported product, but the lower yield strength reflects the stronger resistance to stress corrosion cracking of the domestic finned tube.
