| 利用静电自组装和机械搅拌法相结合的工艺制备得到碳纳米管/铝(carbon nanotubes/ aluminum,CNTs/Al)复合材料粉体并压坯制成预制块。采用搅拌铸造和热轧相结合的工艺制备得到不同碳纳米管(carbon nanotubes,CNTs)含量的CNTs/Al复合材料。通过扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscope, SEM)、X射线衍射仪(X-ray diffractometer, XRD)等表征CNTs/Al的微观组织结构,利用拉伸实验机测试力学性能。通过拉曼光谱仪和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,FT-IR)对试样进行表征后可知,通过酸化处理成功地在CNTs表面引入了含氧官能团。拉伸试验结果表明:CNTs/Al复合材料的抗拉强度随着CNTs含量的增加先提高后降低;当CNTs质量分数增加到0.3%时抗拉强度达到最大值,为193 MPa;CNTs/Al复合材料的伸长率不断降低,但均为韧性断裂。 |

| Carbon nanotubes/aluminum (CNTs/Al) composite powders were prepared by the combined technology of electrostatic self-assembly and mechanical stirring method, and pressed into preforms. CNTs/Al composites with different carbon nanotubes (CNTs) contents were prepared by the combined technology of stirring casting and hot rolling. The microstructure of CNTs/Al was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD), and the mechanical properties were measured by tensile testing machine. After the samples were characterized by Raman spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR), it can be known that the oxygen-containing functional groups are successfully introduced into the surface of CNTs by acidification. The tensile test results show that the tensile strength of CNTs/Al composites first increases and then decreases with the increase of CNTs content. When the mass fraction of CNTs increases to 0.3%, the tensile strength reaches the maximum value of 193 MPa. The elongations of CNTs/Al composites decrease continuously, but they all show ductile fracture. |
