| 载重车轮下线后一般需要进行动态弯曲疲劳试验。但连接车轮和弯曲疲劳试验机加载轴所使用的高强度螺栓在试验过程中出现了早期断裂的现象。通过宏观检验、断口分析、硬度测试和金相分析等方法对失效螺栓进行分析,确定了其断裂的主要原因为热处理不良、内部组织不良、外表面脆性大和循环作用力大于疲劳许用应力。通过对高强螺栓原材料的检验,并调整热处理工艺,在后续的试验过程中未出现螺栓断裂的情况。 |

| Dynamic bending fatigue test is usually required after the loaded wheels are offline. However, early break occurs in the high strength bolts used to connect the wheels and the loading axles of the bending fatigue testing machine. Macro-examination, fracture analysis, hardness test, metallographic analysis and other technical measures were used to analyze the causes of fracture. It was determined that the main causes of bolt fracture were poor heat treatment, poor internal structure, large external brittleness, and greater cyclic force than fatigue allowable stress. By strengthening the inspection of high strength bolt raw materials and adjusting the heat treatment process, no bolt breakage occurred in the subsequent experimental process. |
