| 传统医用钛合金的设计标准主要为强度与弹性模量。随着外科植入物在临床的不断应用,新型生物医用钛合金的设计要求也随之提高,不仅需要考虑合金元素的生物相容性、细胞毒性等生物安全性指标,而且针对不同的人群提出可拆卸或长期植入的理念。对比分析了国际上对医用钛合金的传统设计方法及准则,重点介绍了新一代外科植入用钛合金应该具备的最新设计要素和最新应用进展,提出了医用钛合金的未来发展方向。 |

| Strength and modulus were the main design standard of traditional titanium alloys for medical application. With the continuous application of surgical implants, the design requirements of new biomedical titanium alloy are also improved. Not only biocompatibility, toxicity and biological safety of alloy elements should be considered, but also the design concept of removable titanium alloys implants or long-term implants are proposed for different groups of people. The international traditional design methods and principles of biomedical titanium alloys are introduced and analyzed in this paper. The latest design factors and application progress of new generation titanium alloys for surgical implants are mainly detailed. Finally, the future development trends of medical titanium alloys are proposed. |
