| 研究了Mo对650℃高温钛合金组织和性能的影响。研究表明:Mo可以细化钛合金的显微组织,且能在较小幅度降低其室温塑性的前提下,显著提高其室温强度;Mo对钛合金650℃高温强度和塑性影响不显著;合金的高温持久性能和蠕变性能具有强烈的组织和温度敏感性,初生α相含量和温度对钛合金高温持久性能和蠕变性能的影响远大于Mo;在较高温度下(初生α相体积分数约为15%),Mo的质量分数为0.6%时,对钛合金热稳定性能有很好的改善作用。 |

| In the paper,effect of molybdenum on microstructure and mechanical properties of high temperature titanium alloy used at 650℃ was studied.The results show that molybdenum can refine the microstructure of the alloy,and can significantly increase the room temperature strength of the material without significantly reducing the room ductility intensively.But it has no significant effect on the elevated temperature strength and ductility at 650℃.Endurance and creep property of this alloy are dependent on the microstructure and testing temperature.In some sense,the volume fraction of prior α phase in the microstructure has a larger contribution to the endurance and creep property than molybdenum element for this alloy.Based on this work,a suggested treatment for this alloy with favorable heat endurance property is to be treated at higher solution temperature.In this case,the volume fraction of prior α in the treated microstructure was about 15% and the Mo content was 0.6%. |
