| 以铜陵有色控股有限集团公司下属某矿山尾砂坝为例，针对尾砂坝的尾矿生产建立规划模型进行分析讨论.通过建立含有贴现率Rt的目标规划模型对贴现率Rt进行分析，并基于此构造加权平均法（CAPM）模型，对贴现率中体现项目风险和特点的γ值进行分析.其次，在明确了采砂工程流程之后确定模型的约束条件，建立采砂工程的组合线性规划模型，并对模型进行分析.最终通过对模型结果的分析，得出能合理规划尾砂生产、开采，并使其收益最大的方案. |

| Taking the tailings dam of a mine owned by Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings Corporation as an example,a planning model for tailings production of tailings dam is analyzed and discussed.By establishing a goal programming model that contains discount rate Rt,this paper builds the CAPM model.The value γ of the discount rate which reflects the risk and characteristics of the project is analyzed as well.Moreover,after defining the flow of sand mining project,the constraints of the model are determined,and the combined linear programming model of sand mining project is established and analyzed.Furthermore,through the analysis of the model results,it is concluded that the tailings production and mining can be reasonably planned and the benefits can be maximized. |
