| 随着能源短缺问题的日益突出,节能环保受到人们的重视.工业上使用的换热设备,其性能的优化也受到各行业的重视.建立一套集沸腾和冷凝于一体的水平单管管外凝结换热试验装置,针对直径19.05 mm的强化管,对不同制冷剂管外凝结换热进行试验研究.通过试验分析可知:不同水流量,强化管的总体传热系数随着管入口冷却水温的上升而逐渐升高;在一定的冷却水温度下,强化管的总传热系数随着冷却水流量的增大而逐渐升高;相同工况下,R410A传热系数比R134a高出约1.28%~3.39%;凝结换热饱和温度越高,凝结传热系数越小. |

| With the increasing of energy crisis,energy conservation and environmental protection have attracted wide attention in the world.It is also important to use the heat transfer equipment in industry area.Here,one single horizontal tube experiment apparatus combining with boiling and condensation was built for heat transfer.Heat transfer measurements of different refrigerants on the enhanced tube with diameter of 19.05 mm were carried out.It is found that,in the case of different water flows,the overall heat transfer coefficient of the enhanced tube increased with the increasing of the temperature of inlet cooling water.And at a certain temperature of the cooling water,the overall heat transfer coefficient of the enhanced tube increased with the increasing of flows of cooling water.We also found that the heat transfer coefficient of R410A was higher than R134a by around 1.28%-3.39%,and the higher saturation condensation temperature showed the smaller heat transfer coefficient. |
