| 采用金相显微镜(OM)、万能试验机、维氏硬度计和磨粒磨损试验机等设备研究不同热处理工艺对CW713R特殊黄铜的微观组织、力学性能及耐磨性能的影响.研究结果表明:退火温度从200℃升高到300℃,α相呈针状析出,基体β相基本未发生变化;退火温度从300℃升高到450℃,α相长大,呈短棒状或等轴状,基体β相发生长大并粗化;退火温度从450℃升高到550℃,α相消失,转变为β相,基体β相显著粗化.α、β相含量和形态的变化必然导致其性能也随之变化,比较不同热处理工艺下的各性能指标,挤压坯小加工量延伸后进行300℃×3 h热处理,获得的材料综合性能最佳. |

| Microstructure characteristics,mechanical properties and wear resistance property of CW713R special brass in different heat treatment were investigated using metallurgical metalloscope(OM),universal testing machines and vickers hardness tester and grain-abrasion wear tester.The results indicate that while annealing temperature increasing from 200℃ to 300℃,acicular α phase precipitated,β phase matrix unchanged basically;and annealing temperature increased from 300℃ to 450℃,α phase grew short rod-like or equiaxed,β phase matrix appeared coarse.When annealing temperature rose from 450℃ to 550℃,α phase disappeared and turned into β phase,β phase matrix became coarse observably.Amount of α and β phase,also its shape are bound to lead to the mechanical property change.Comparing the mechanical property target under different heat treatment,extrusion billet,which was drawn slightly then treated by 300℃×3 h,can attained the optimum mechanical properties. |
