| 利用炉卷轧机生产有色金属板带材具有易于在线控温、投资及生产成本低等显著特点.通过对应用在钢铁行业炉卷轧机生产技术、工艺设备特点的分析总结,结合有色金属板带材生产工艺的特点和需求,重点对钛、镁、铜及其合金板带材利用炉卷轧机热温轧制工艺技术和生产线配置进行了分析.“1+1”双机架形式的专用炉卷轧机是可以用来生产钛、镁及其合金板带材的合适生产线. |

| In the steel industry nonferrous metal sheet and strip is usually produced by steckel mill because of the easy temperature control,low investment and production cost.The paper summarizes the characteristics of technology and processing equipment of steckel mill.In view of the technological characteristics and need of nonferrous metal sheet and strip,the technology and equipment layout are especially analyzed for sheet and strip of titanium,magnesium,copper and their alloy rolled by steckel mill.It is found that titanium,magnesium and their alloy strip can be produced by the double-stand steckel mill. |
