| 工频炉及电源系统的冷却水回路温度检测点多,传统温度传感器布线多而繁杂,无法实现全面监控所有冷却水回路的温度.DS18B20数字式温度传感器采用单总线技术,只需一根总线,就能够连接128个传感器,解决了测温线路繁杂而无法布线的问题.运用组态王软件,采集并归档各测量点的温度测量数据,根据其温度变化趋势分析,及时制定冷却水回路的清理计划,避免因电腐蚀而造成水路堵塞事故,在感应熔炼及感应加热设备上具有参考价值. |

| The cooling water circuit of power frequency furnace and power supply system has a lot of temperature detecting points,the traditional temperature sensor wiring is more and more complicated,and can not realize the full monitoring of the temperature of the cooling water circuit.DS18B20 digital temperature sensor with single bus technology,just a bus,it is able to connect 128 sensors,solve the problem of the temperature measurement circuit is complex and can not wiring.Use kingview software,to collect and archive all temperature measurements.According to the temperature change trend analysis,cooling water circuits will be planned to clean up in time,avoid the water blockage accident caused by electrolytic corrosion,in the induction mealtime and induction heating equipment has the very big promotion value. |
