| 从建模、仿真结果出发,加入表面等离激元效应,运用时域有限差分算法(FDTD),研究中波量子阱红外探测器(QWIP)的近场效应和光耦合效率.重点研究在SP效应下QWIP二维光栅的最优参数.计算结果表明,对于4 μm的入射光,当光栅周期为P=1.3 μm,栅孔深度h=0.4 μm,栅孔的占空比为d=0.8时,X-Y平面内Z方向电场值最大,光栅的耦合效率最高. |

| A study was made on the near field and coupling efficiency of mid-wave quantum well infrared detectors under the surface Plasmon effect through modeling and simulation.The optimal parameters in the SP effect of two-dimensional grating can be obtained using the FDTD algorithm.Calculation results show that the electric field along the Z direction reached its maximum in the X-Y plane when the grating parameters are taken as P=1.3 μm、h=0.4 μm and d=0.8. |
