| 污染是导致液压系统故障的主要原因,其故障至少80%以上是由于液压油的污染造成的.一个优质的液压传动系统可能由于污染而经常发生故障.由于污染原因,液压元件的实际使用寿命往往比预计寿命短得多.为了确保液压系统能够安全、可靠地运行,着重分析了铜轧机液压油污染的主要原因及危害,并提出了具体控制措施. |

| The pollution in the hydraulic system,which gives rise to at least 80% of the hydraulic system failure,has aroused more and more attention from researchers.Owing to the pollution,a high-quality hydraulic transmission system may malfunction and the actual service life of hydraulic components is shortened.In the paper,through an analysis of the causes and detriments of the pollution in the copper mill hydraulic oil,some control measures have been proposed so as to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the hydraulic system. |
