| In the casting process the high fluctuation of casting speed of the semi-continuous casting machine affects the slab quality,which usually results in fault belt,does damage to the equipment and reduces the yield of strip.By reforming the electric control system using proportional valve and pulse flow-meter,the casting speed is stabilized through closed loop control so that the slab quality improves. |
