| 探讨了科技型企业研发过程中所面临的挑战以及开拓外部研发资源的重要性与必要性.通过对科技型企业与外部研发实体双方的优势与劣势分析，指出科技型企业与外部研发实体之间有效的合作应主要集中在初期研究方面.并对多种合作模式的合作对象、合作的适用条件与内容进行了分析.为了保护核心竞争力，科技型企业在联合研发合作过程中应实施的策略是：掌控系统集成能力，内部实施核心技术以及拆分合作先进技术以及知识产权保护在先. |

| Challenges faced by science & technology orientated enterprises in carrying out R&D activities and the importance and necessities of exploring and using external research resources are raised and discussed in this article. Based on the analysis to the advantages and disadvantages of both types of entities, it is pointed out that an effective cooperation between technology-orientated enterprise and R&D entity should focus on the technology research at the initial stage of a project. Diversified cooperation modes, cooperative partners, applicable conditions and content of the cooperative projects are analyzed as well. In order to protect its core competitive ability, science & technology orientated enterprise should apply an appropriate and correct cooperation strategy and policy in the practice of joint research and development, ie. to be able to dominate system integration, to have core technologies in house, to split and adopt advanced technology of the cooperative partners, and to put intellectual property rights protection policy in the first place. |
