| 阐述了统计过程控制(SPC)技术的重要性、基本原理、过程能力分析以及实施的步骤和方法.运用SPC技术分析产品质量,以此达到过程失控预警、过程不断改进和过程能力不断提高的目的.以入库一批轴为例,介绍了SPC在入库检验中的应用,并通过SPC技术的控制图对其质量状况进行分析,对质量变异进行监控,从而有效控制产品质量,保证产品质量的稳定和提高. |

| The importance of SPC technology,basic principle,process capability analysis,and the way and steps of SPC implementation is explained in this paper.The purpose of using SPC technology to analyze the quality of parts to be warehoused-in is to get lost control alert,improvement and capability increasing during the process.Taking the axles before warehouse-in as an example,the text presents the implementation process of SPC technology in inspection,the analysis to the quality status based on the control chart obtained,and the monitoring of quality variation of parts followed and as a result quality of parts can be controlled effectively,and the quality stability of product is assured. |
