| 概述了我国无铅易切削黄铜材料研发的现状和取得的进展.重点对国内外无铅易切削黄铜的化学成分进行了比较分析,认为铋黄铜、硅铋黄铜是替代铅黄铜的主要材料.澄清了无铅易切削黄铜研发中的一些认识误区,对无铅易切削材料的后续发展提出了思考.无铅易切削材料的加速研发与推广应用是我国企业开拓国际市场的又一次机遇. |

| The present situation and development achieved in the field of easy-cutting lead-free brass material research is briefed in this article.Comparison and analysis is specially made to the chemical composition of the easy-cutting lead-free brass supplied by domestic and international manufacturers.It is considered that bismuth brass and silicon bismuth brass are the best materials which can be used to replace lead brass.Some misunderstandings in the research and development of easy-cutting lead-free brass are clarified.Thoughts to the subsequent development of this material are put forward in the article.The acceleration of the research and development of easy-cutting lead-free brass material and popularization of its application will provide a great opportunity for our Chinese enterprises to explore new markets abroad. |
