| 随着我国钴冶炼工业的发展,水钴矿已成为我国进口的重要钴资源之一.采用硫酸法,通过正交试验法,研究了反应温度、反应时间、还原剂用量和反应终点pH值对水钴矿浸出率的影响.试验结果表明:其中反应时间影响最大,pH值影响最小.当温度为40 ℃、反应时间为3 h、还原剂用量为50 g、反应终点pH为0.5时,钴的浸出率最佳. |

| With the development of cobalt smelting industry in China, heterogenite has become one of the important imported raw materials for cobalt. Sulfuric process and orthogonal test method was used in experiment to study the impact to the chemical reaction during the process of heterogenite leaching by reaction temperature, reaction time, dosage of reducer agent and pH value at the end of reaction. Test result showed that the biggest impact was given by reaction time while the least impact was from pH value. So, it is recommended in this paper that the best leaching process condition to obtain a high cobalt leaching rate is: temperature 40 ℃, reaction time 3h, dosage of reducer 50 g and pH value at the end of reaction 0.5. |
