      半连铸H62黄铜板坯热轧后,在300~400 ℃区间存在明显的脆性区.在Pb和S的富集区,由于位错塞积导致应力集中,同时,未及时冷却的H62黄铜板坯中β相较多且呈点状,降低了相界承受应力的能力,导致在打卷过程中出现开裂.通过调整合金成分、半连铸工艺及冷却方式,可改善带坯的显微组织,从而有效减少或避免打卷开裂的发生.
英文摘要:
      Semi-continuous casting H62 brass slab after being processed with hot rolling,there is an obvious brittle zone at 300~400 ℃.The area with high density of Pb and S elements is resulted in stress centralization due to miss-positioning and pile-up of the elements.At the same time,due to H62 brass slab not being timely cooled down,there is more β phase existing which appears in the shape of dot,which reduces the phase boundary’s ability to withstand stress and thereafter results in cracking in the coiling process.By adjusting the alloy composition,improving semi-continuous casting process and cooling method,the microstructure of the strip can be improved and cracking can be effectively avoid.
