| The current situation of silicon semiconductor material (polycrystal silicon,single crystal silicon,silicon chip) industry both in and out of China is briefed in this article.A basic conclusion is presented regarding to the production of silicon semiconductor material at home and abroad,market of this material and the status of its related technology.And the opportunity for the development of silicon semiconductor production in China,existing problems in this industry as well as developing trend is analyzed and stated in the article. |
