| Based on mechanics of material and elastic theory,analysis is made to the stress on the roller transmission of a four roller reversing cold rolling mill and the axial force generated during the rolling process.The result shows that the main reason causing easy damage of the safety pin of the working roller driving shaft is the twist shearing force generated in working.Though the axial force exists in roller,yet it can be handled in advance and strictly controlled in site operation to avoid such damage. |
