| 通过对不同回火温度、冷却条件下C3604铅黄铜的组织性能研究,为生产提供了热处理的理论依据.研究发现:冷却速度越快,β相越多、越大;反之,β相越少、越细小,Pb分布也越均匀、弥散;500℃回火,晶粒长大较多,抗拉强度和硬度急剧下降;400℃以下回火,晶粒长大不明显,抗拉强度和硬度下降很少. |

| The microstructures and properties of C3604 lead brass are studied at various drawing temperatures and cooling speeds.The more and bigger β phase is observed with higher cooling speed.On the contrary,the less and smaller β phase is observed with lower cooling speed and the distribution of lead becomes evener and more dispersive.When the drawing temperature increases to 500℃,the crystal grains grow a lot and the tensile strength and hardness decrease dramatically.When the drawing temperature is under 400℃,the growth of crystal grains becomes less obvious and the tensile strength and hardness decrease slightly.This study provides valuable production references to the heat treatment of lead brass. |
