| 研究了引起HPb58-3易切削铜合金表面变色的原因.选取HPb58-3易切削铜合金阀门作为样本,放入水中模拟潮湿环境,对未放入水中和放入水中的阀门试样做了对比试验.通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)等仪器对试样进行分析.研究发现:未放入水中的试样,在基体上存在较多白色的片状、棒状和点状物,以弥散形式分布,经过能谱分析发现为元素铅.而放入水中的试样则在表面形成了一层覆盖物,以片层状盖在了铜锌基体上,而且分布不均匀;通过XRD和SEM研究发现,表面变色主要为ZnO和Cu5Zn8覆盖在试样表面,非常薄,厚度仅为0.4~0.5 μm. |

| The surface discoloration mechanism of free cutting HPb58-3 copper alloys is studied.Experiments were done by choosing free cutting HPb58-3 copper alloy valves as samples and putting the samples in water to simulate a damp environment.For comparison,samples that had not been put in water were also tested.The samples were analyzed with OM,SEM and XRD instruments.For the samples that have not been in water,white substance shaped like dots or flakes or rods are diversely distributed on the copper zinc matrix.The energy spectrum shows that the white substance is lead.For the samples that have been put in water,a very thin (0.4~0.5 μm) but uneven layer is formed to cover the whole copper zinc matrix.XRD and SEM researches show that the layer is mainly composed of ZnO and Cu5Zn8,which cause the discoloration of sample surfaces. |
