| 为深入了解雾化工艺对Al2O3弥散铜粉末及成形性的影响,采用氮气物化法和水雾化法两种方式制备出Al2O3弥散铜粉末,研究了雾化压力对氮气雾化和水雾化Al2O3弥散铜粉末粒度组成、氧化程度及松装密度的影响;探讨了氮气雾化和水雾化Al2O3弥散铜粉末的冷等静压成形性。结果表明:10 MPa雾化压力下,水雾化制备的-100目弥散铜粉末出粉率比氮气雾化高约30%;水雾化制备的弥散铜粉末中Al2O3含量较高,相同粒度下其Al2O3含量为氮气雾化粉末的2倍以上;水雾化弥散铜粉末松装密度较氮气雾化弥散铜粉末低,约为氮气雾化粉末的70%左右;同粒度松装条件下,氮气雾化制备的弥散铜粉末冷等静压成形性较水雾化制备的弥散铜粉末的差。 |

| To gain a deeper understanding of the influence of atomization processes on the properties and formability of Al2O3-dispersed copper powders, two atomization methods nitrogen atomization and water atomization were employed to prepare Al2O3-dispersed copper powders. This study investigated the effects of atomization pressure on the particle size composition, oxidation degree, and apparent density of the powders produced by both methods. Additionally, the cold isostatic pressing (CIP) formability of the nitrogen-atomized and water-atomized Al2O3-dispersed copper powders was explored.The results indicated that, under an atomization pressure of 10 MPa, the powder yield of -100-mesh water-atomized dispersed copper powders was approximately 30% higher than that of nitrogen-atomized powders. Water-atomized powders contained a significantly higher content of Al2O3, with the Al2O3 content exceeding twice that of nitrogen-atomized powders at the same particle size. Moreover, the tap density of water-atomized powders was lower, reaching around 70% of that of nitrogen-atomized powders. Under the same particle size and loose packing conditions, the CIP formability of nitrogen-atomized dispersed copper powders was inferior to that of water-atomized powders. |
