| 质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cell,PEMFC)双极板根据材质可分为石墨双极板、金属双极板及复合双极板。与石墨双极板和复合双极板相比,金属双极板具有强度高、导电导热性好、易加工、成本低、体积小、质量轻等优点,深受研究者关注。然而,金属双极板在燃料电池酸性和潮湿的工作环境中易被腐蚀,形成不导电的金属氧化物薄膜,这会大幅度降低双极板的导电性和稳定性。目前,表面涂层改性是提升金属耐腐蚀性、延长双极板使用寿命的最有效手段之一。聚焦于金属双极板及其涂层的导电性与耐腐蚀性,系统综述了近年来不同类型涂层的研究进展,深入分析了当前双极板涂层技术存在的问题,并对其未来发展方向进行了展望。 |

| Bipolar plates of proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFC) can be classified by material into three types: graphite bipolar plates, metal bipolar plates, and composite bipolar plates. Compared with graphite and composite bipolar plates, metal bipolar plates feature advantages such as high strength, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, easy processing, low cost, small volume, and light weight, which have attracted significant attention from researchers. However, metal bipolar plates are prone to corrosion in the acidic and humid environment of fuel cells, forming non-conductive metal oxide films that drastically reduce the conductivity and stability of the bipolar plates. Currently, surface coating modification of metal materials is an effective approach to enhance the corrosion resistance and extend the service life of metal bipolar plates. This paper focuses on the conductivity and corrosion resistance of metal bipolar plates and their coatings, reviews the recent research progress on different types of coatings, analyzes the existing problems of bipolar plate coatings, and prospects their future development. |
