| 作为一种液体活检分析物,microRNA(miRNA)存在于唾液、血浆和尿液等体液中,与包括癌症在内的各种疾病有关,是一种理想的癌症早期临床诊断的生物标志物。在检测miRNA的各种技术中,电化学检测技术以其成本低、易于小型化、灵敏度高等优点被证明是一种有潜力的检测方法。尤其是金属纳米材料的使用,大大提高了miRNA传感器的灵敏度,促进了电化学检测miRNA领域的快速发展。讨论了金属纳米材料应用于miRNA领域的优缺点,综述了金属纳米材料介导的miRNA电化学传感器的应用以及面临的挑战,并展望了其实际应用前景。 |

| As a fluid biopsy analyte, microRNA (miRNA) exists in saliva, plasma urine, and other body fluids, and is related to various diseases, including cancer. It is an ideal biomarker for early clinical diagnosis of cancer. Among the various techniques for the detection of miRNA, electrochemical detection technology has been proved to be a potential detection method because of its low cost, easy miniaturization, and high sensitivity. In particular, the use of metal nanomaterials greatly improves the sensitivity of miRNA sensors and promotes the rapid development of electrochemical detection of miRNA. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of metal nanomaterials in the field of miRNA are discussed, the application and challenges of metal nanomaterials-mediated miRNA electrochemical sensors are reviewed, and its practical application prospect is prospected. |
