以含不同镍质量分数的B30合金为研究对象进行模拟海水冲刷腐蚀实验。通过光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、电化学阻抗谱分析镍质量分数对B30合金组织及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:含不同镍质量分数的B30合金在经过退火后组织均出现大量孪晶;随着镍质量分数的增加,B30合金的抗拉强度和维氏硬度增高,表面腐蚀产物膜变得更致密,耐腐蚀性能提高;B30合金经过腐蚀后表面腐蚀产物膜成分为Cu2O、Cu2(OH)3Cl;当镍质量分数为33%时,B30合金表面内层腐蚀产物膜的自腐蚀电势最正、自腐蚀电流最小,内层腐蚀产物膜电化学阻抗最大,为16 481.28 Ω/cm2,耐腐蚀性能最好。 |

The simulated seawater erosion corrosion experiments were carried out on B30 alloy with different nickel mass fractions. The effects of Ni mass fraction on the microstructures and corrosion resistance of B30 alloy were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results show that numerous twins are observed in the of B30 alloy with different Ni mass fraction after annealing. With the increase of nickel mass fraction, the tensile strength and Vickers hardness of B30 alloy increase, the surface corrosion product film becomes denser and the corrosion resistance improves. The corrosion product film of B30 alloy surface is composed of Cu2O and Cu2(OH)3Cl. When the mass fraction of Ni is 33%, the inner corrosion product film on the surface of the B30 alloy has the most positive self-corrosion potential, the smallest self-corrosion current density, the maximum electrochemical impedance of the inner corrosion product film, which is 16 481.28 Ω/cm2, indicating optimal corrosion resistance. |
