万古霉素 (vancomycin,Van )是临床实践中常用的抗生素,其用于预防传染病,但在环境水微量污染物检测中常常被忽略。利用溶剂热反应过程中 Ag+ 选择性氧化 Van 中酚类羟基团特性,开发了一种利于分光光度法检测废水中 Van 的方法。探讨了反应温度和时间等对氧化还原反应的影响,建立了 Van 质量浓度( concentration,C )与 Ag 纳米粒子溶液吸光度( absorbance,A )之间的线性关系。发现 C 与 A 呈双线性关系:在线性浓度范围为 1~15 μg/mL 时,线性关系为 $ {A}_{1}=0.001\;7+0.012{C}_{1} $, 检测限为 0.5 μg/mL ;在 20~40 μg/mL 时, $ {A}_{2}=0.11+0.005\;5{C}_{2} $ 。该方法成功应用于废水中 Van 检测,回收率为 96.0% ~104.5% ,废水中可能存在其他物质或颗粒,干扰了 Van 的测量,导致回收率计算结果超过 100%。 |

Vancomycin (Van) is a typical antibiotic in clinical practice to prevent infectious diseases, which is generally neglected in the detection of trace pollutant in environmental water. A spectrophotometric method is developed to detect Van in waste water based on Ag nanoparticles, which involves a selective reduction of Ag+ by the phenolic-hydroxyl groups of Van to obtain different concentrations of Ag nanoparticles during the solvothermal reaction. By optimizing experimental conditions of reaction temperature and time, a bi-linear relationship between Van concentration (C) and absorbance (A) of Ag solution is established, represented by A1=0.0017+0.012C1 in a linear concentration of 1-15 μg/mL with a detection limit of 0.5 μg/mL, and A2=0.11+0.0055C2 of 20-40 μg/mL. This method successfully applied to detect Van in waste water with a recovery rate of 96.0%-104.5% possibly due to other substances or particles in the wastewater that interfere with the measurement of Van and cause the calculated recovery rate exceeding 100%. |
